Spinach salad with sauteed pears, caramelized walnuts, blue cheese crumbles and balsamic reduction

ENTREE

Bacon Wrap Fillet Mignon
8 oz. center-cut Filet Mignon, topped with peppercorn cognac sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetables of the day.
Crispy Duck
Served with red wine sauce, mashed potatoes and spinach cream.
Cafe Pasta
Sauteed Salmon served with linguini pasta, cherry tomatoes, capers, mushrooms, white wine lemon sauce, and parmesan cheese.

DESSERT

Red Wine Pears
French style pears served with french vanilla ice cream and fresh berries.
Creme Brulle
Traditional french dessert served with fresh berries.
